# Reference

## Ids

| Prefix | Record |

## Patients

| Enum | Values |
| - | - |
| `Sex` | `MALE`, `FEMALE`, `UNKNOWN` |
| `MedicationHistoryStatus` | `ACTIVE` (taking it now), `HISTORICAL` (took it in the past), `UNKNOWN` |

## Prescriptions

| Enum | Values |
| - | - |
| `DraftStatus` | `READY`, `WARNING`, `BLOCKED`. See [Screening](/docs/network/screening). |
| `PrescriptionSigningState` | `UNSIGNED`, `SIGNED`, `INVALIDATED_SIGN`. See [Signing](/docs/network/prescription#signing). |
| `ScreeningAlertType` | `DRUG`, `ALLERGEN`, `CONDITION` |

## Orders

| Enum | Values |

### Order exceptions

`OrderExceptionType`, on a sent order's `exceptions`:

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `ORDER_ERROR` | Something went wrong with the order |
| `DEMOGRAPHIC_MISMATCH` | The pharmacy's patient details don't match |
| `PHARMACY_UNREACHABLE` | The pharmacy can't be reached |
| `PHARMACY_CLOSED` | The pharmacy is closed |
| `EXTERNAL_TRANSFER` | The prescription was transferred to another pharmacy |
| `PHARMACY_DOES_NOT_ACCEPT_INSURANCE` | The pharmacy doesn't take the patient's insurance |
| `PHARMACY_NEEDS_INSURANCE_INFO` | The pharmacy needs insurance details |
| `SUPERVISING_PHYSICIAN_NEEDED` | A supervising physician is required |
| `DOCTOR_NOT_LICENSED_IN_STATE` | The prescriber isn't licensed in the patient's state |

## Changes

| Enum | Values |

| `ChangeStatus` | `APPLIED`, `REJECTED`, `AMBIGUOUS` |
| `ChangeSeverity` | `INFO`, `ADVISORY`, `BLOCKING` |
| `ChangeOperation` | `ADDED`, `MODIFIED`, `REMOVED` |
| `ConfidenceLevel` | `LOW`, `MEDIUM`, `HIGH` |

`ChangeCategory`:

| Value | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `DISAMBIGUATION` | Several things fit, so pick one |
| `MISSING_INPUT` | Something needed is missing |
| `INVALID_INPUT` | A value is malformed or not recognized |
| `SAFETY` | A clinical risk, such as an interaction or allergy |
| `CODING_SPECIFICITY` | A more specific code is preferred for claims |
| `COST_SAVINGS` | A cheaper equivalent exists |
| `PRODUCT_PREFERENCE` | A specific brand or manufacturer may matter |
| `OBSOLETE_REFERENCE` | The code or product is retired |
| `CONFIRMATION_REQUIRED` | It would work, but needs explicit confirmation |

`MatchReasonType` says why an option matched: `EXACT_NAME_MATCH`, `FUZZY_NAME_MATCH`, `RXNORM_CODE_MATCH`, `DRUG_CLASS_MATCH`, `NAME`, `ADDRESS`, `LAT_LONG`, `FULFILLMENT_TYPE`, `OPEN_AT`, `EMAIL`, `PHONE`, `NAME_AND_DOB`, `PARTIAL_NAME` or `DATE_OF_BIRTH`.
